The Nordin method

Christer Sundqvist

Philosophy candidate Sven Erik Nordin, a patient with fatal cancer, still lives and is in good shape. Cancer just disappeared!

Sven Erik has developed an original way to keep his cancer away. The Nordin method is a holistic cancer treatment that takes into account all aspects of health. It is especially interesting to see what Sven Erik eats every day to keep his immune system as strong as possible.

Sven Erik follows a ketogenic diet (very little carbohydrates and plenty of natural fat). He eats vitamin-rich foods and also enjoys some vitamins and minerals in the form of dietary supplements and uses some of the recommended natural products.

Every morning he drinks a glass of beetroot juice (organic!), a glass of water and takes one teaspoon of methylsulfonylmethane or MSM. The morning meal continues with natural yogurt, which is enriched with crème fraiche and some tablespoons of organic coconut fat. And there is more!

The crème fraiche-coconut fat-yogurt is provided with some additional ingredients. First, 2 tablespoons turmeric powder and some ground black pepper (to facilitate the absorption of turmeric). One tablespoon of chopped, fresh ginger and 10-12 apricot seeds, 1 tablespoon of dried organic aronia berries, 1 tablespoon of frozen blueberries (self-picked), 1 tablespoon of frozen raspberries (from the home garden), 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds, 1 teaspoon of coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds and 1 teaspoon of chlorella.

When the plate is empty, additional vitamin D (200 μg) is taken from the jar, 100 μg of vitamin K and three times a day buffered vitamin C (1 g capsule). Sven Erik also takes 2 capsules of omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil, about 1800 mg), 300 mg of magnesium, zinc (20 mg), selenium (220 μg). He also prefers special algae (bladder and tuberous algae as well as Spirulina). He takes 8 capsules of these. Then another 1 tablespoon of colloidal silver, which he takes five times a day. A very good dietary supplement is “Blutsaft”, which he takes 20 ml to get enough of B vitamins.

This versatile breakfast routine is criticized for being extremely complicated and cumbersome, but Sven Erik assures that it quickly becomes a good routine way to start the morning. The idea is also that if the morning routine literally saves human life, you will probably endure it. Especially as it means that you do not have to suffer from the side effects that the conventional medicine brings about.

Some have wondered how long Sven Erik has used this morning routine. To this he answers that during five years this breakfast has convinced him of the effectiveness of his method (the cancer disappeared and it has not returned). He doesn’t intend to quit.

It should be noted that Nordin obviously thinks it is best if you can get all the necessary vitamins, minerals and trace elements from regular food, but it would require you to become an almost full time farmer. Therefore, the various dietary supplements can act as an “emergency solution”. But they seem to work pretty well.

The other meals of the day are compiled so that they contain the least possible carbohydrates. You should not be afraid of fat. The lunch often consists of eggs. Herring, mackerel, sardines or tuna are mixed with the scrambled eggs and a little oily cheese and leeks or other onions are added. Of course, the coffee with a hefty sip of cream comes in handy a little later and perhaps you could eat a little of the 70% dark chocolate.

The dinner often consists of a LCHF pancake (according to the prescription of doctor Annika Dahlqvist). You prepare it without flour, but with a lot of eggs and bacon. Sven Erik is constantly seeking variation in his diet as long as it remains ketogenic. Curiously, hunger is kept away for a very long time, and there is no need to worry about getting obese. Honestly, Sven Erik admits that he takes a few pieces of banana to facilitate the swallowing of supplements.

Sven Erik moves a lot in the wild, he manages his mental health by thinking about happy things and emphasizes the importance of sleeping well to maintain his health. He has no time for stupidity, for a good resource is common sense. He does not oppose school medicine, instead he has made great efforts to keep the discussion going with representatives of conventional medicine.
